Refund policy

At Eva Howard Designs, we want you to love every canvas, accessory, and creative tool you purchase. Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, we’ve created a clear and fair return policy to help ensure that you have the best experience with your custom order. 


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery


  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
• Custom or made-to-order canvases
• Digital downloads or PDF guides
• Sale or clearance items
• Used, altered, or damaged items
• Opened thread or finishing supplies


How to Start a Return

Please email hello@evahoward.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) you want to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

Do not return any items without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
• If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Partial refunds may occur if the returned item is not in its original condition.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong product.
Email hello@evahoward.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of:
• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Lost Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it:
• Check around your property and with neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Email us so we can help open a claim

Packages marked delivered but not found are not refundable, but we will assist in the claims process.


International Orders

Returns & exchanges are only accepted for U.S. orders.
International orders are final sale.
