Every week on Fridays I will be publishing my Friday Finds. These are the products and series that I'm obsessing over each week and probably telling everyone I know about.
1. Dolly Parton's America || Mark my words, this will be one of the biggest podcast of this year. This podcast covers the fascinating history of Dolly Parton's life and her difficult journey to the top. But more importantly, it explores why it seems that in a world with so much controversy the only thing people seem to agree on is Dolly Parton.
3. Derry Girls || Season 2 is now out and I have to say that it's one of my all-time favorite television shows. Set in London Derry, Ireland in the 90s this show is filled with a lot of comedy, some teenage struggles, and a little bit of real-life controversy. Do yourself a favor and give it a watch. I guarantee you will find yourself quoting it daily. Now available on Netflix!
4. Good Notes || I am truly obsessing over Good Notes for iPad. Version 5 just came out and I am using it for everything. Even thinking about doing a blog post on how I went paper-less in 2019. If you are an iPad user, this is a must.
5. Educated by Tara Westover || I can say with very little doubt that this is the best book I have read this year. Educated follows the story of Tara Westover, a young girl born in the foothills of Idaho to survivalist parents. Having never been in a school classroom until seventeen this is the incredible true story of how she found her voice and chased an education.
